Refund Policy
Open Enrollment

At JH Miles & Associates, Inc. [JHMA], we are committed to providing valuable learning experiences through our open enrollment courses. We understand that circumstances may change, and participants may occasionally need to modify their enrollment plans. This policy outlines the guidelines for refunds and cancellations for our open enrollment courses.
Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment in our open enrollment courses is confirmed upon successful payment of the registration fee.
- Payment can be made through our online payment portal using credit/debit cards or other accepted payment methods.
Refund Eligibility
- Requests for refunds must be submitted online via the open enrollment support form and received before the course start date.
- Refund eligibility is subject to the course’s specific refund deadlines outlined below.
Refund Deadlines
- Participants who cancel their enrollment [14] days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within [14] days of the course start date.
Transfers
- Participants who cannot attend the scheduled course can transfer their enrollment to the next available instance of the same course, subject to availability, if the request is made [14] days or more before the course start date.
- Transfer requests must be submitted online via the open enrollment support form and received before the course start date.
Non-Attendance
- Participants who do not attend the course without notifying JHMA in advance will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
Course Cancellation
- In the event that JHMA cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within [10] business days of receiving a valid refund request.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Refund Exclusions
- Please note that any non-refundable fees, such as processing fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Special Cases
- JHMA reserves the right to review and consider special cases that fall outside of the standard refund policy on a case-by-case basis.
