Inclusive Leadership

Explore modern leadership in today’s intricate and dynamic workplace, where the ability to lead equitably is crucial. This program delves into the inclusive leadership model, emphasizing the interdependent relationship between leaders and followers. Focusing on respect, recognition, responsiveness, and responsibility, participants will learn practical tools and techniques to create an environment where every voice is heard and valued.

About the Course

Overview

Leaders today face a significantly more complex workplace than their predecessors. Regimented, top-down bureaucracies largely have given way to flatter and more agile organizations. Even entities that retained the traditional organizational model have been forced to adapt to the changing workforce, advanced technologies and higher customer expectations. Effective leaders must be able to deftly manage all their resources, especially human capital, to respond to those changing requirements.

The inclusive leadership (IL) model recognizes the importance of followership to leader success. Followers collaborate with leaders in organizational decision-making, policy-generation, and governance. This session explores inclusive leadership and its underlying principles of respect, recognition, responsiveness, and responsibility. Participants will apply practical tools and techniques for everyday use.
