To achieve the organization’s goals, leaders use mentoring to empower employees to reach their highest potential, both personally and professionally. Mentoring contributes to easier acculturation, greater motivation and job performance, and higher retention rates by providing a structured system for strengthening vital core competencies over time.

This hands-on session provides a framework for establishing and maintaining formal and informal mentoring relationships, and it culminates in the development of individual plans of action.
