Overview

You may not know how to describe a powerful, executive presence—but you sure know it when you see it. These leaders are able to positively influence others and lead massive organizations through moments of change. Every “executive presence” is unique to its projector, and to establish your own, you must find your voice and leadership style.

In this program, leaders will explore what executive presence is and what it is not, how to project authentic leadership, and how to speak with authority and confidence, even without power or position. In addition, Developing Executive Presence will include discussions of personal branding, leadership qualities, communication skills and follower engagement.
