Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize and manage emotions in ourselves and others. It increases our decision-making ability, high-level performance, relationship maintenance and sense of well-being. Emotional intelligence now is considered a reliable long-term predictor of success at work.

In this course, participants will assess their level of emotional intelligence, enhance their emotional intelligence capacity, and learn to integrate those skills when interacting with and leading others.
